Bruin Angels is the only investor network that is a recognized network of the UCLA Alumni Association. We educate members to become angel investors and provide connections to Bruin-led startups seeking funding. If you’re an alumni, student, or friend of UCLA interested in Angel Investing, come join Bruin Angels and help us make a difference.

Our mission is to support the UCLA entrepreneurial ecosystem by preparing Bruin alumni as accredited angel investors to deploy capital for UCLA’s most promising startup companies. We achieve this through programming that provides education and tiered access to promising companies, experienced investors, and university programs within UCLA’s vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Bruin Angels is the only investment-focused network within the UCLA Alumni Association, which is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our board is composed entirely of professionals with entrepreneurial experience volunteering their time. Membership expenses are tax-deductible fees, which we use to “keep the lights on,” enabling member events. Members may elect to donate in excess of membership expenses as a tax-deductible gift.
